WORSHIP
Worship is my passion. Worship is not simply singing on Sunday mornings - according to Romans 12:1-2, WORSHIP IS A LIFESTYLE! If anyone is interested in serving the body in the praise team, please feel free to contact me using the information below.
How we worship: ” . . . for a time will come when we will all worship in spirit and in truth.” The issue being debated by the Jews and the Samaritans in Jesus’ day in regards to worship was the location. The issue today seems to be musical style. I personally enjoy the doctrinal depth that is found in hymns and the expression of passionate love and dedication we have and owe to Jesus that is found in modern praise choruses. We enjoy a balance of diverse musical expressions of praise and worship, from hymns to praise choruses.
Campus IMPACT
CBC has also asked me to serve the college aged students. This was initially a formidable idea to me, but this capacity of ministry has turned out to be a great joy. The opportunity of seeing fellow students grow together in the faith, some of them even coming to the faith, should revive any doubting or discouraged soul to devoted service. In the 2007-2008 academic year alone, Campus Impact’s ministry resulted in the salvation of several students (Praise God!) and the spiritual growth of its attendees. To see these things happening within the group makes it is an absolute pleasure to serve in this manner.
