Campus IMPACT is a fellowship of college-aged individuals who seek growth in their relationship with the Creator. The ministry’s goal is to accurately study the word of God in order to facilitate biblical thinking; true godly living (holiness) is the result of a biblical thought process.
Through the corporate study of God’s word, encouraging the body through service projects, and promoting the use of each individual’s spiritual gift in the local church, IMPACT seeks to be an integral part of Chadron Berean Church’s spiritual growth and community outreach.
We strive to organize the ministry around God’s original design for the local church. Realizing the importance of correctly handling God’s Word, we are excited to have the backing from the board of elders of Chadron Berean for doctrinal oversight and maturity. Praise God for the godly men who seek God daily and choose to lead in this local church!
The 2008-09 academic year was an exciting time for this group. Many came to know Christ, and even more grew significantly in their personal walks with the Lord. Several believers had their fires rekindled and are blazing lights on the Chadron State campus!
Campus IMPACT meets at 9:30 AM at the Chadron Berean Church (4th & Shelton) and throughout the week for seasonal activities, service projects, and small group studies. Last year’s studies included Philippians, 1 Peter, The Truth Project, and Song of Solomon: a study of love, sex, marriage, and romance. Oh, don’t forget the numerous jam sessions where we sing songs of praise for hours on end! (these are personally my favorite times with the group).
Blessings . . .
